Expression Art & Play “A 10-Week Art & Heart Journey for Children” Expression Art & Play is a gentle 10-week art program where children create their own special artworks that represent the people, feelings, and experiences that matter most to them. Each week, children explore simple themes like family, friendship, self-identity, emotions, kindness, and imagination through calm, guided art activities. Using painting, handprints, group projects, and storytelling, they learn to express feelings, build connection, and grow in self-awareness in a safe and nurturing space. The journey ends with opening their completed artworks reflecting on what they’ve created, and celebrating their growth, creativity, and emotional expression.
